Amani DeHolton (she/her)

As an Intern Abroad Advisor and Program Manager, I help develop internship opportunities and advise students on internships in Europe, Canada, the Middle East and Oceania. I’m a dual citizen (USA & UK)  and my family moved several times while I was growing up, so I’ve lived in the UK, Texas, and Ethiopia.  I attended Macalester College where I double-majored in Linguistics and French & Francophone Studies and studied abroad in Strasbourg, France during my sophomore year. After I graduated, I worked as an English teaching assistant in the Haute-Savoie region of France through the TAPIF program. I then moved to Madison where I worked for several years in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment before joining the International Internships team. In my free time, you can find me doing embroidery, social dancing (salsa, swing, etc) or playing board games with friends and family.

I cultivate and advise on internships in Europe, Oceania, Canada and the Middle East.
