We’re happy to help recruit UW-Madison students for organizations that will:
- Provide opportunities for meaningful work experience and appropriate guidance contributing to the professional development of the intern;
- Assist the intern in increasing his/her understanding of the host country’s culture (if applicable);
- Help arrange the intern’s work permit/visa (if applicable);
- Complete and return a performance evaluation for the intern.
The first step is for you to contact us to discuss your initial ideas. You can fill out our position description form (link coming soon) before contacting us, or after our initial conversation. We may suggest modifications to the description so that you can get the best possible applicant pool for your opportunity. We then serve as your first-line recruiting team accepting applications and answering initial questions on your behalf. After the closing date, we give you access to the applications from which you select your ideal candidate(s) and make an offer. After the offer is extended, we work with you and the student on logistics (credit, travel, visas, remuneration, etc.).
