Alexa Loustalet, State Department Intern, Rome, Italy ( Spring 2011)
During the Spring 2011 semester, Alexa Loustalet worked as an intern for the U.S. State Department in Rome, Italy. Alexa says that her experience “started as a way to be in Italy, but it became an opportunity to see a life that I want.”
In this interview, she discusses her daily duties and activities and how her love for Italian culture flourished into a potential career.
ESCP Panel in Paris
A panel of University of Wisconsin alumni held a discussion at ESCP in Paris to discuss points in their careers when they have had to make difficult decisions. Alumni and students of all ages were welcome to attend, ask questions and help each other find answers for our professional aspirations. There will be a UW Alumni France Career Panel again on March 22, 2012.
