Extended Fall 2018 internship deadline – March 11

IIP offers a variety of exciting Fall 2018 internships just for Badgers.

All fall internships are listed here and we accept applications through Sunday, March 11 – our extended deadline.

Unsure about spending your fall abroad? Here are 5 reasons why you should consider a fall internship:

1. Engage in unique projects!

Some internships, especially in Europe, are only available in the fall term. For example, our fall internship at the Danish Parliament gives Badgers the chance to experience Parliament in session and to shadow different departments. This isn’t possible in the summer when Parliament is on break. Bonus – it comes with a $6,000 grant and cultural activities from the ScanDesign Foundation.

2. Celebrate fall festivities!

Want to spend Halloween in its country of origin, Ireland? Or eat moon cakes during Mid-Autumn festival in China? You can celebrate these unique holidays abroad as part of our fall internships with USIT (Ireland) and Aston Education Group (China).

3. Take advantage of funding!

Fall interns on IIP cultivated internships receive a $750 IIP Cultivated Grant and are eligible for additional IIP, campus & national scholarships. Many IIP internships are paid, like our internships in France, or have guaranteed additional grants like our internships in Denmark.

4. Experience spring in the Southern Hemisphere!

Did you know our fall semester is spring in the Southern Hemisphere? Experience warmer weather and longer days twice in 2018 on our internships with BusinessHub in Chile and Play Africa in South Africa.

5. Add a part-time internship to your study abroad semester!

If you’re studying abroad in Santiago, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina you can add a part-time internship at EducationUSA Chile or The Bubble (Argentina) to your study abroad program.
